For self-install, the CloudConnect phones come preconfigured so that all you have to do is plug them in. Live on site technical installations are available.
Voicemail will prompt you through the set up process the first time you use it. The prompts will help you record your name and greetings and then set a new unique password so you can change anything when you want.
Full training and support are included with each phone user account. Our customer service center is open 24/7/365 to answer any questions and make any adds, moves and changes remotely with you. Access to web based videos and tutorials are located on our web site.
